Nestled right next to the 125,000 acre Big South Fork National Park, you will feel as though you have stepped back to a slower pace and simplier time among the Appalachian Mountains. Explore expansive trails through hardwood forests, gorges and sandstone bluffs along the banks of the Cumberland River. Kayak or canoe on hundreds of pure sparkling lakes or dive deep into the heritage of North America as depicted in thousands of ancient cave paintings and Civil War landmarks.
